Our Story
Yes, it works! Chris and I met through the online dating site Match.com. We liked each other's profiles (I was very specific). We set a date to meet for drinks, that turned into dinner, and we have been inseparable ever since. Love is grand!
In July of 2015 we got married in front of friends and family at the Pavilion at Beaver Lake in Sammamish, Washington. We honeymooned in Europe, spending a week in Barcelona/Sitges, Spain and then took a Mediterranean cruise to Majorca, France, and Italy.
The following year we returned to our beloved Spain and purchased the vacation home of our dreams! The plan is that this will be a vacation rental that we will visit a few times a year, which will eventually become our place in the sun to retire to in Spain!

Me - well I am an entrepreneur and the co-owner of OutSmart Office (a commercial interior design firm). I am stable as a rock but enjoy a well-planned risk. I am inquisitive; I love art, architecture, music, flowers, history, geology, all things mid-century modern, cooking great food, chocolate, and wine (wine probably the most). I just love all of the good things in life for sure. We live in a gorgeous world with all the amazing things people have created. So I say, "eat, love, and travel, as there is so much to experience and explore!"
Christopher Salazar
VP, Itineraries & Dinner Reservations
Chris is a very busy executive by day and knows how to best relax at every opportunity to maintain a good life balance. He is the Chief Operations Officer and Deputy Director for a Non-Profit Community Health Clinic organization. Travel is an essential part of enjoyment for Chris. An upcoming trip must be on the books for him to have a clear psyche in order to power through the demands of work. Different sights and an explorer's spirit lift his soul and carry his imagination.
Lillibelle
Director, Naps, Licking & Home Security
Lillibelle the Rottweiler is a very smart and sweet girl, but she can have a fearsome demeanor to strangers. She loves to perch in her chair by the living room window to warn or welcome passersby. She thinks she is a lap dog and loves to be the center of attention and affection. She also has a particular love/hate relationship with the nesting ravens who have taken roost in our yard and is an incorrigible beggar of treats. She is loving and knows how to get her way.
Our beloved Lillibelle passed away gracefully after a long and wonderful life. She will be forever in our hearts. RIP darling girl. October 15, 2003 - November 13, 2017

Directors, Fun & Frolic
This brother and sister duo are cuteness personified even when they are dragging branches and rocks into the house or shredding a new magazine we have yet to read. They are a bundle of energy and not afraid to strut how beaglelicous they are. Miss Fiona is definitely the alpha personality in this pair ready to pounce, while Schroeder is much more reserved and prefers to relax in the sun. Bunnies of the neighborhood beware, these two will catch your scent and send you packing!
