What’s your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of the first night during a high season rental or 5 days the rest of the year, you will get a full refund minus any money transaction fees. Otherwise, you will forfeit your booking deposit.
Do you allow for pets or smoking in the apartment?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is also not permitted in the apartment. There is a lovely park below where you can smoke. You can also smoke on the balcony as long as the kitchen window and sliding glass door are closed. Any pets or smoking in the apartment can result in the loss of your rental deposit.
Where do I pick up the apartment keys and how do I pay for the rental?
You will pay us or our rental agency a booking deposit which we will arrange when your book your vacation rental dates. You will pay the balance to our rental agent Dream Store Spain where you will also pick up your keys to start your vacation.
Dream Store Spain's office is close by the apartment in front of the marina within walking distance.

What is your booking deposit?
The booking deposit is half of the total cost of your rental nights. Example: Say you book for 1 week during high season, which is 980 Euros for the week, then your booking deposit will be 490 Euros.
Do you have a damage deposit and cleaning fees?
Yes, upon check in we will hold 260 Euros on your credit card. The cleaning fee is 60 Euros. If nothing is damaged you will only be charged the 60 Euro cleaning fee and the 200 Euro hold will be released.
*We expect that some things break with regular wear and tear. Please let us know when this happens and you will not be charged for the damage, unless it was caused by your error.
